OSSTET Cut Off 2026
OSSTET Exam was conducted on 21st January 2026, and now it is expected that OSSTET Result 2026 will be released in April 2026. As the Odisha Secondary School Teachers Eligibility Test (OSSTET) exam is an eligibility test, the official cut-off marks are not released by officials. To qualify, candidates must meet the minimum passing marks set by the Board of Secondary Education, Odisha.
OSSTET Minimum Qualifying Marks

OSSTET exam will be conducted in two different parts for prospective teachers in two categories. Qualified candidates in the OSSTET exam will be eligible for appointment as a teacher in any of the secondary schools of the state.
OSSTET Paper 1 Passing Criteria
Category I is for candidates who wish to teach in Education, Teachers (Trained Graduate Teachers in Science/Arts, Hindi/ Classical Teacher (Sanskrit/ Urdu/Telugu).

Category II is for candidates who wish to teach as a Physical Education Teacher

OSSTET Certificate Validity After Qualifying
Qualified candidates in the OSSTET exam shall be awarded an OSSTET Pass Certificate by the BSE (O). The Certificate shall remain valid until the candidate reaches the upper age limit prescribed for recruitment of teachers, as per the rules or executive instructions issued by the Government from time to time.
