How to Apply for Gurugram District Court Recruitment 2026?

The application process is Offline and online applications sent via email will be rejected. Follow these steps to ensure your application is accepted:

Step 1: Visit the official website https://gurugram.dcourts.gov.in/notice-category/recruitments/ to download the application form for Clerk or Stenographer.

Step 2: Fill in the Details. Your application must include:

  • Name, Father’s/Husband’s Name
  • Date of Birth, Sex, Nationality
  • Educational Qualification
  • Category (Mandatory to attach attested certificate for reserved categories)
  • Permanent and Correspondence Address
  • Mobile Number and Email ID
  • Experience (if any)

Step 3: Attach a recent passport-size photograph on the top of the application. Attach self-attested photocopies of all relevant certificates (Education, Age Proof, Category, Experience, etc.).

Gurugram Court Recruitment 2026 Selection Process

The selection criteria for both are different, and the same is also mentioned in the official notification pdf.

For Clerk Posts-

The selection is based on a Written Examination followed by a Computer Proficiency Test.

Written Exam

  • Subjects: English Composition (50 Marks) and General Knowledge (50 Marks).
  • Qualifying Marks: 40% aggregate, with a minimum of 33% in each subject.

Computer Proficiency Test: Candidates who clear the written test will be called for this test. This test is qualifying in nature; marks are not counted in the final merit list.

Requirement: Computer Typing Test in English at a speed of 30 w.p.m.

For Stenographer Grade-III

The selection for the Stenographer Grade-3 post is based on a Shorthand Test and a Computer Proficiency Test.

Shorthand Test:

Speed: 80 w.p.m. in English Shorthand and 20 w.p.m. transcription speed on a computer.

Computer Proficiency Test:

Assessment of word processing and spreadsheet skills. This is qualifying in nature.
