- MT (Finance): Pass in Final Exam of ICAI (Chartered Accountants) OR Pass in Final Exam of ICWAI/ICAI (Cost Accountants)OR First Class MBA/PG Diploma (2 years) in Finance from a recognised University/Institute.
- MT (Human Resources): First Class MBA / PG Diploma / PG Degree in HR, PM & IR, Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, Social Science, Social Welfare, or Social Work (2-year program).

Recent passport-size photograph (last 3 months) and scanned signature.
Proof of Date of Birth (Birth Certificate or SSLC/SSC/CBSE certificate).
Category certificate (SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS/PwBD) if applicable.
Scribe certificate for PwBD candidates, if required.

BDL MT Selection Process 2026
The selection process for Management Trainees consists of two stages:
- Written Exam: Based on Computer-Based Online Test (CBoT), candidates will be called for an Interview
- Interview: In this stage, the candidate’s personality will be assessed.
The selection weightage is: Computer-Based Online Test (CBoT): 85% and Interview: 15%.
BDL Management Trainee Exam Pattern 2026
The CBot for BDL Management Trainee will be conducted on 11th January 2025 in Ahmedabad/Gandhinagar, Bengaluru, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Chennai, Delhi, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, Trivandrum, and Vijayawada.
- There are two parts: the concerned subject/discipline and General Aptitude.
- A total of 150 questions asked in the examination
- Each question carries 1 mark.
- 0.25 marks will be deducted for every incorrect attempt.
- The duration of the exam is 2 hours
