• Call Operators: Matric, good Hindi & English hearing & speaking, 1+ yr PBX or office experience.
• IT Supervisor: Graduate/Diploma in IT/Computers + 3 yrs experience in data management, documentation, reporting, govt./NGO sector.
• Multi-purpose Staff: Matric, literate with relevant experience.
• Security Guard/Night Guard: Matric, 2+ yrs security experience govt./reputed org, Ex-servicemen preferred.

Child Helpline 1098 Unit at District Child Protection Units

• Project Coordinator: Post Graduate in Social Work/Sociology/Child Dev/Human Rights/Psychology/Law/Public Admin OR Graduate + 2 yrs experience in women & child projects. Computer proficient.
• Counselor: Graduate in Social Work/Psychology/Public Health/Counseling OR PG Diploma in Counseling + 1 yr Govt./NGO experience. Computer proficient.
• Child Helpline Supervisors: Graduate preferably in Social Work/IT/Sociology + 1 yr Govt./NGO experience. Computer proficient.
• Case Workers: 10+2 + 1 yr Govt./NGO experience in women & child development.

Child Help Desk at Railway Stations (Ambala & Hisar Only)

• Child Helpline Supervisors: Graduate preferably in Social Work/IT/Sociology + 1 yr Govt./NGO experience. Computer proficient.
• Case Workers: 10+2 + 1 yr Govt./NGO experience in women & child development.

Women Helpline 181 (WCD Head Office, Panchkula)

• Call Operator: 10+2, good communication skills in Hindi/English/regional languages. Preference to women.
• Security Guard/Night Guard: 10th pass + 2 yrs security experience govt./reputed org. Ex-servicemen preferred.
• Multi-purpose Staff: 10th pass, relevant experience.

One Stop Centre (Various Districts)

• Centre Administrator: Masters in Law/Social Work/Sociology/Psychology + 5 yrs women-related admin experience + 1 yr counseling experience preferred.
• Para Legal Personnel/Lawyer (Legal Counsellor): Degree in Law + 3 yrs govt./NGO women projects OR practicing lawyer with 2 yrs litigation experience.
• Psycho Social Counsellor: Graduate/Postgraduate/Diploma in Psychology/Psychiatry/Neurosciences + 3 yrs govt./NGO health projects experience preferred.
• Para Medical Personnel: Graduate/Postgraduate/Diploma in paramedics + 3 yrs govt./NGO health projects experience preferred.
• Office Assistant with Computer Knowledge (IT Professional): Graduate + Diploma in IT/computers + 3 yrs data management & reporting experience.
  Multi-Purpose Staff/Cook: 10th pass + relevant experience.
• Security Guard/Night Security: 10th pass + 2 yrs security experience govt./reputed org. Ex-servicemen preferred

State Level Positions (State Child Protection Society & State Adoption Resource Agency)

• Programme Officer (HSCPS): PG degree in Social Work/Sociology/Child Dev/Human Rights/Public Admin OR Graduate + 2 yrs experience. Experience in ICPS preferred.
• Account Officer: M.Com + 3 yrs accounting experience preferred + MS Office skills.
• Programme Assistant (SARA): Graduate + Diploma in Computer + 1 yr experience in ICPS/helpline preferred.
• Accounts Assistant: B.Com + 1 yr experience + MS Office skills.
• Assistant cum Data Entry Operator: 10+2 + Computer Diploma + 1 yr experience.

District Level (District Child Protection Units)

• District Child Protection Officers: PG degree + 3 yrs Govt./NGO experience in documentation, training, monitoring, women & child development. Basic computer knowledge.
• Protection Officer (Institutional Care): PG degree OR Graduate + 2 yrs experience in Women & Child projects. ICPS experience preferred. Basic computer knowledge.
• Protection Officer (Non-Institutional Care): PG degree OR Graduate + 2 yrs experience. ICPS experience preferred. Basic computer knowledge.
• Legal cum Probation Officer: LLB + 2 yrs Govt./NGO legal experience. ICPS experience & Women & Child Rights knowledge preferred.
• Counselor: Graduate in Social Work/Sociology/Psychology/Public Health OR PG Diploma + 1 yr experience. ICPS experience preferred. Basic computer knowledge.
• Social Worker: Graduate preferably in Social Work/Sociology + 1 yr ICPS experience preferred. Basic computer knowledge.

Age Criteria (24/10/2025)
