Tamil Nadu Teachers Recruitment Board (TNTRB) has officially released the TNTRB Notification 2025 PDF for the Tamil Nadu Teacher Eligibility Test (TNTET) 2025. The online application process for TNTET has ended. Now the Board will conduct the TNTET Exam 2025, for which the TNTET 2025 Exam has been revised for 15th and 16th November 2025.

Along with the release of the TNTET Notification 2025 PDF, the online registration schedule and exam date have been released at the official website https://trb.tn.gov.in/. TNTET Exam Date 2025 has been revised by the Tamil Nadu Teachers Recruitment Board to 15th and 16th November 2025.

Eligibility Criteria for TNTET 2025 Exam

Candidates interested in applying for the TNTET Exam 2025 must ensure to fulfill the TNTET Eligibility Criteria 2025. Here we have shared the TNTET eligibility in terms of educational qualification and age limit as mentioned in the TNTET Notification 2025 PDF.

TNTET 2025 Eligibility Criteria: Paper-I

  1. Candidates must have completed their diploma in Teacher education from a reputed institution.
  2. Candidates must have completed their graduation with D.EL.ED/BTC or B.Ed.
  3. Candidates who are pursuing the final year D.Ed exam are also eligible to apply for the TN TET exam 2025.

TNTET 2025 Eligibility Criteria: Paper-II

  1. Candidates must have a degree in Chemistry, Math, English, Geography, Physics, Botany, and History and also have a diploma in B.ED or Elementary Education.
  2. Final year B.ED students can also appear in the examination.

Age Limit (as on 01/07/2025)

Candidates’ minimum age must be 18 years old as of 01/07/2025, and there is no upper age limit.

TNTET 2025 Application Fee

While submitting the TNTET Application Form 2025, candidates have to pay the application fee through the Payment Gateway by Net banking / Credit Card / Debit Card. Without a fee candidate’s application form will be rejected.
