TN TET Result 2026 has been released in PDF format separately for all subjects along with marks scored and qualifying status. The Tamil Nadu Teacher Recruitment Board (TNTRB) conducted the Tamil Nadu Teacher Eligibility Test (TNTET) to determine the eligibility of candidates for teaching posts in Classes 1 to 8 in schools across Tamil Nadu. The candidates who appeared in the exam can now check their results and marks from the links shared in the article.
TNTET Result 2026 Out
The Tamil Nadu Teacher Eligibility Test 2025-26 was conducted on 15th & 16th November 2025 for lakhs of candidates at multiple exam centres and now after 2.5 months result is declared. Candidates can check their TNTET Result, which has been officially released along with the final answer key. A total of 92,412 candidates have appeared for Paper 1 and 3,31,923 candidates have appeared for Paper 2. The candidates can check their TN TET Result 2026 from the Tamil Nadu Teacher Recruitment Board official website www.trb.tn.gov.in and download their e-certificates which will be available from 2nd February 2026 onwards.

Candidates would be able to see and download their TNTET Results 2025-2026 from the TNTET official website or direct links shared in the article. Candidates whose roll number appears in the result PDF are declared qualified for the TNTET examination and are eligible for the positions of primary and upper primary school teachers in government schools across the state.

To check the TNTET Result 2025 from the official website, candidates can follow the steps provided below.
- Visit the official website of Tamil Nadu Teachers Recruitment Board (TN TRB) at www.trb.tn.gov.in.
- Click on the Result section under the Important Links section on the homepage, appearing on the left side of the page.
- Candidates are redirected to a new page.
- Click on the link that reads " Tamil Nadu Teachers Eligibility Test - TNTET 2025 PAPER-I/PAPER-II RELEASE OF - RESULT".
- The Tamil Nadu TET Result 2026 appears on the screen.
- Check and download results for future reference.
TNTET Minimum Qualifying Marks
For the General category, the minimum qualifying TNTET marks are 60% in the TNTET Exam, while for OBC, SC, and ST categories, the minimum qualifying cutoff is 55%. The complete details for the TNTET Cutoff for all categories can be checked by clicking the link below.

What after TNTET Result 2026?
The candidates who have scored more than the qualifying marks in the Tamil Nadu Teacher Eligibility Test (TNTET) will be able to download their qualification certificate (e-certificate) from 2nd February 2026 onwards. The certificates will be uploaded at the official website, www.trb.tn.gov.in.
