The Tamil Nadu Teacher Recruitment Board (TNTRB) conducted the Tamil Nadu Teacher Eligibility Test (TNTET) over two consecutive days to determine the eligibility of candidates for teaching posts in Classes 1 to 8 in schools across Tamil Nadu. The candidates who appeared in the exam are waiting for their results. The TN TET Results will be released in the PDF format separately for all subjects, including the roll numbers of candidates declared qualified in the exam, tentatively in January 2026.
TNTET Result 2025
The Tamil Nadu Teacher Eligibility Test 2025 was conducted on 15th and 16th November 2025 for lakhs of candidates at multiple exam centres. A total of 92,412 candidates have appeared for Paper 1 and 3,31,923 candidates have appeared for Paper 2. Now, candidates can expect the results to be released soon. The candidates can check their TNTET Result 2025 from the Tamil Nadu Teacher Recruitment Board official website www.trb.tn.gov.in. Candidates can search for their roll number in the result PDF by using the shortcut key Ctrl+F to know their qualifying status.
Tamil Nadu TET Results 2025
Candidates would be able to see and download their TNTET Results 2025 from the TNTET Official website only. Candidates whose roll number will appear in the result PDF will be declared qualified for the TNTET examination and will be eligible for the positions of primary and upper primary school teachers in government schools across the state.

TNTET 2025 Certificate Validity
Candidates who pass TNTET Paper 1 or Paper 2 receive an eligibility certificate valid for life, eliminating the need for renewal or re-examination. The certificate qualifies holders for teacher recruitment in Tamil Nadu schools but requires meeting additional criteria set by recruiting bodies, such as further exams or qualifications. It remains valid indefinitely unless TRB announces policy changes via trb.tn.gov.in.
