Before applying for the UP LT Grade Teacher Vacancy 2025, candidates must complete the UP LT Grade Teacher OTR Registration Process. During the OTR registration process, candidates should have a valid email address, mobile number, and their basic educational and identification details prepared. Follow the step-by-step process for the complete OTR Registration Process.

Note: Candidates must obtain an O.T.R. number from the commission’s website 72 hours before submitting the online application.

Step 1: Registration

• Enter your Mail ID and a valid Mobile Number and click on Verify Email and Mobile.
• Candidates receive an OTP on their registered mobile number and email. Fill that in the section of Fill OTP and click Here to Process.

Step 2: Upload Photo and Signature

• Upload scanned copies of your photograph and signature as per the specifications mentioned in the notification.

Step 3: Fill Personal Details 

• Fill personal details such as Candidate’s Name, Candidate’s Parents’ Name, Applicant’s Communication/Contact Information, Applicant’s photo and signature, Applicant’s Personal Identification Details, Candidate’s Personal Deatils.
• Enter the Verification code and click on Register.
• Candidate’s OTR process is complete. Please enter your mobile number and the OTP as revised, then click on the Login tab.
• Create a password (7 more characters, 1 more number, 1 symbol character) and click on the Submit tab.
• Log in again to enter more details like Nationality, category, Visible Identification Mark, and Address
• Now click on Lock and Final Submit. A new page opens. Click on GT OTR Immediately and Click to Generate the OTR Number.
• The candidate’s unique One-Time Registration Number is displayed on the system screen. Please save it for future reference.

Steps to Apply UP LT Grade Teacher Recruitment 2025

Only after obtaining the O.T.R. number, a candidate may submit an online application through the commission’s website, UPPSC, by following the step-by-step process below.

Step 1: Visit the Official Website

• Go to the official website of Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) at www.uppsc.up.nic.in.
• On the homepage of UPPSC, tab on the link that reads “CLICK HERE TO APPLY FOR ADVT. NO. A-5/E-1/2025, ASSISTANT TEACHER, TRAINED GRADUATE GRADE (MALE/FEMALE BRANCH) EXAM-2025”.

Step 3: Fill in the Application Form

• Candidates are redirected to a new page for the examination ASSISTANT TEACHER (TRAINED GRADUATE GRADE) EXAMINATION.
• A new page appears on the screen. Have You Completed your OTR Registration? Click on the Yes button and fill in your OTR number provided during One Time Registration. If you have not completed OTR, please complete the OTR process by following the steps shared above.
• Fill in information such as Candidate’s Personal Information (Name, Date of Birth, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, Email ID, etc.), Basic Educational Qualification, Essential Qualification, and Candidate’s Address Details.

Step 3: Pay the application fee

• Click on the payment module and proceed with the fee payment
• The application fee varies by category: General/OBC: Rs 125/-, SC/ST: Rs 65/-, PH: Rs 25/-
• Pay by selecting the fee payment option such as SBI NET Banking, State Bank Debit Card, UPI, Other Bank Net Banking, Credit Card etc.
• Click on the Confirm tab.

Step 4: Review and submit

• Carefully review all the information and uploaded documents before submitting the form.
• After submission, print a copy for your records.

Documents required to fill UP LT Grade Teacher Application Form 2025

To complete your online application for the UP LT Grade Teacher Recruitment 2025, ensure you have the following documents ready for upload during both the One-Time Registration (OTR) and the application process.

Mandatory documents for OTR registration

(i) Valid Email ID and Mobile Number: These are crucial for verification and communication throughout the process.
(ii) Aadhaar Number: The last 6 digits of your Aadhaar card are required for verification during OTR.
(iii) Personal Details: Your full name, gender, category (General, OBC, SC, ST, etc.), date of birth, domicile state, home district, parents’ names, and citizenship information are all required for registration.
(iv) Scanned Photograph and Signature: Ensure a recent passport-sized photograph and a clear scan of your signature are ready to be uploaded in the specified format.

(i) Educational Qualification Certificates:
(1) A graduation degree in the relevant subject from a recognized university.
(2) B.Ed degree from an NCTE-recognized institution.
(3) High School (10th) mark sheet and certificate.
(4) Intermediate (12th) mark sheet and certificate.
(5) Mark sheets for all years of your graduate studies.
(ii) Caste Certificate (if applicable): Required for claiming age relaxation or reservation benefits.
(iii) NOC Certificate (if applicable): If you are currently employed, you might need a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from your current employer.

Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has also given the opportunity to candidates to make corrections in the UP LT Grade Teacher Application Form 2025.
