Educational Qualification

• College Librarian: Master’s Degree in Library Science, Information Science, or Documentation Science with (55% Marks) and NET / Ph.D.
• Section Officer: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline, Proficiency in Computer Operation, 03 Years Experience as an Assistant.
• Assistant: Bachelor’s Degree, Proficiency in Computer Operation, 03 Years Experience as UDC or equivalent.
• Professional Assistant: Master’s Degree in Library & Information Science, 02 Years of Experience in the relevant field.
• Upper Division Clerk (UDC): Bachelor’s Degree, Typing (English: 35 wpm /Hindi: 30 wpm), Proficiency in Computer Operations, 02 Years Experience as Lower Division Clerk/ Equivalent posts.
• Lower Division Clerk (LDC): Bachelor’s Degree, Typing (English: 35 wpm / Hindi: 30 wpm), Proficiency in Computer Operations.

Age Limit (As on 28/01/2026)
