Physical Efficiency Test (PET)

After clearing the height chest measurement, candidates have to clear the following tests within the given time

• Running (4.8 KM): Male candidates must complete this in 27 minutes
• Running (2.4 KM): Female candidates must complete in 16 minutes
• Push-Ups: Minimum 13 times
• Sit-Ups: Minimum 25 times
• Chin-Ups: Minimum 6 times
• Rope Climbing: Climb 3 to 4 meters
