The Uttar Pradesh Education Service Selection Commission (UPESSC) has released the answer key of Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test on 8th July 2026. The answer key has been released with the correct answers for the questions asked in the exam for all levels. Candidates will have to log in to download their response sheet.
Apart from the answer key, the officials have also provided the candidates with a chance to raise objections till 14th July 2026 (midnight) if they are not satisfied with any answer in the provisional answer key. The answer key helps the candidates to check their marked responses and to calculate their expected scores using the correct marking scheme.
The Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test was held from 2nd to 4th July and now the official answer key is available to download at https://www.upessc.up.gov.in/. A total of 1,770,714 candidates appeared for the test.

How to Download UP TET Answer Key from the Direct Link?

- A new window will open.
- Enter your roll number + date of birth. Fill in the security code.
- Download the answer key for the subject you have appeared in the exam for.
- Cross-check all the responses and calculate the approximate marks
Raise Objection Process
Firstly, the officials have released a provisional answer key; i.e., if candidates are not satisfied with any answer, they can also object the official portal. After reviewing all the objections, the officials will release the final answer key, which they will use to prepare the results. Candidates have to provide a valid document to justify their objection and also have to pay a fee of Rs. 500 through online mode. Candidates can raise objections before 14th July 2026 (12 midnight).
How to challenge the UP TET Answer Key 2026?
To raise objections for UPTET 2026 Paper-I & Paper-II, a candidate needs to have the following details:
• Registration Number
• One-Time Password
Step 1 –You need to submit your challenges against the UPTET answer key in online mode at the official website, i.e., UPBEB.
Step 2 –The provision of the challenging answer key on the UPTET exam will be provided, which further requires payment of Rs 500 through online mode.
Step 3 –This amount will be refunded if the objection raised is found correct.
