As per the official notification, the Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Staff Selection Commission (UPSSSC) is going to recruit 647 vacancies for Forest Guards (वन रक्षक) posts and 61 vacancies for Wildlife Guards (वन्य जीव रक्षक) posts in the Forest and Wildlife Department under the Government of Uttar Pradesh. UPSSSC Forest Guard Eligibility Criteria 2026

2. Now find the advertisement notice under the ‘Latest Advertisement’ section and read the notification thoroughly.

3.  Now, candidates will get 2 options to apply for the ‘UPSSSC Forest Guard Recruitment 2026’ i.e. login through personal information (Preliminary Eligibility Test registration number, name, domicile of UP, DOB, gender & category) or log in through OTP sent on the registered mobile number/email.

4. After login, candidates’ personal information will be displayed on the screen (as filled during the Preliminary Qualifying Examination).

5. Now, the candidates have to fill in the details related to his/her educational qualifications.

6. After this, candidates will have to verify by entering the verification code and proceed further by clicking on the ‘Submit’ button.

7. The necessary documents, such as a photograph and signature, will automatically be displayed on the screen (as per the information entered in the Preliminary Qualifying Examination).

8. Candidates will now have to fill out the prescribed online processing fees (application fee will not be charged) and proceed further.
