UPSSSC Forest Guard Selection Process 2025

1. Written Examination:- The selection process for Forest Guard posts begins with a written examination that will be conducted in offline mode for a total of 100 marks. Candidates must score a minimum qualifying mark to move further.

2. PMT & PET:- Shortlisted candidates then have to appear for a physical measurement test (PMT) and physical efficiency test (PET). At this stage, the candidate’s body measurement and physical endurance are evaluated based on various parameters and activities.

3. Document Verification:- Those candidates who successfully pass the previous two stages are then called up for a document verification round. In this, candidates need to come up with their essential documents, and their authenticity is then verified by the authorities.

4. Medical Examination:- During this final selection stage, candidates’ physical fitness and ability to perform tasks related to their respective posts are evaluated.

UPSSSC Forest Guard Exam Pattern 2025

There will be a written examination for UPSSSC Forest Guard posts, which will include 100 objective-type/multiple-choice questions. Every candidate must thoroughly check the exam pattern before starting their preparation, it will give an idea about which subject they should focus on more.

  • There will be a total of 4 parts in this exam, i.e., Part I, II, III & IV.
  • This examination will be conducted for a total of 100 marks.
