UIIC Administrative Officer Probation Period
The selected candidates, if certified as medically fit, may be appointed as an Administrative Officer (Scale-I) on a one-year probation period, which may be extended at the Company’s discretion. The candidates during the selection will be subjected to such theoretical and/or practical training as the Company may require or arrange for them. The Company shall have the absolute right to terminate the services of the candidate at any time during the probation period or extended probation period and without any assignment of reasons.
UIIC AO Guarantee Bond
Prior to joining, the probationer selected for appointment on the Company’s regular payrolls will be required to give an undertaking that he/she shall serve the Company for a period of a minimum of five years (including the probationary period). The employee shall be liable to pay liquidated damages equivalent to the actual gross salary paid to him/her, subject to a maximum of one year’s gross salary. Besides, the resigning employee shall be liable to pay an additional amount of Rs. 35,000/- (Rupees Thirty-Five Thousand Only) towards Onboarding and Integration Costs.
