Factors Affecting RSSB LDC Cut Off 2026
The RSSB LDC Cut Off 2026 is determined by various factors related to the examination, vacancies, and candidates’ performance. The major factors are:
- Difficulty Level of the Exam: If the question paper is difficult, the overall cut-off may be lower, while an easier paper may result in a higher cut-off.
- Number of Candidates Appearing: A larger number of candidates increases competition and can affect the cut-off marks.
- Total Number of Vacancies: The availability of 10,644 LDC and Junior Assistant vacancies is an important factor while determining the cut-off.
- Candidates’ Overall Performance: The marks scored by candidates across different categories directly influence the final cut-off.
- Category-wise Competition: RSSB prepares the cut-off considering the applicable reservation and category-wise competition.
- TSP and Non-TSP Vacancies: Separate vacancy distribution and applicable recruitment conditions for TSP and Non-TSP areas can result in different cut-off marks.
- Number of Candidates Shortlisted: The number of candidates to be called for the next stage also affects the final shortlisting cut-off.
- Previous-Year Cut-Off Trends: Previous cut-offs may provide a reference for understanding the competition level, although they do not determine the 2026 cut-off.
