• Candidate must be a Graduate from a university established by law in India.

6. RSCIT (Rajasthan State Certificate Course in IT) is conducted by Vardhaman Mahaveer Open University, Kota, under Rajasthan Knowledge Corporation Limited.

Other Requirements:

• Working knowledge of Hindi in the Devanagari script.
• Knowledge of Rajasthan culture.
• Candidates appearing in the final year of the required course can also apply, but they must provide proof of completing the required qualification before:

1. Appearing in the main written exam (if selection involves a written test and an interview).
2. Appearing in the interview (if selection involves both written and interview).
3. Appearing in the written exam or interview (if selection involves only one stage).

Candidates must log in with their SSO ID and go to the One Time Registration (OTR) option. The OTR fee can be paid online through the e-Mitra kiosks or Common Service Centres (C.S.C.). Candidates who have already paid the OTR fee earlier do not have to pay again.
