RRB Group D Physical Dates 2026 Out, PET Scheduled from 25 July, Check official Notice

RRB Group D Physical Exam Date 2026 for CBT-qualified candidates for CEN 08/2024 has been announced at https://rrb.indianrailways.gov.in/. The result for the 1st stage of the CBT exam was released earlier, with the qualifying status of candidates in the exam. As per the official notice, the qualified candidates from 25th July 2026 onwards. The zone-wise physical schedule has been shared in the article.

RRB Group D Physical Test Schedule 2026

RRC Jaipur (North Western Railway) has released an official notice confirming that the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) for its 2,373 provisionally shortlisted candidates will be held from 29th July 2026 to 1st August 2026 at G.L.O. Ground, A.D.S.A. Stadium, Near DRM Office, Mall Road, Ajmer. Other zonal RRBs/RRCs are expected to release similar zone-specific PET notices shortly.

As per the result released, a total of 63475 candidates are shortlisted to appear for the 2nd stage of the selection process i.e. Physical Efficiency Test. The candidates who qualify in the PET will be shortlisted for Document Verification (DV) for 32,438 Group D vacancies. RRB Group D Physical Admit Card 2026 has been released on 18th July 2026.

RRB Group D Physical Efficiency Test Details

The PET is mandatory and qualifying in nature. No marks will be added in the final merit list, but you must pass it to move forward. It consists of two components, and failing the first disqualifies you immediately from attempting the second.

For Male Candidates

  • Lift and carry 35 kg of weight for 100 meters in one chance, without setting it down (AND)
  • Run 1000 meters within 4 minutes 15 seconds, in one chance

For Female Candidates

  • Lift and carry 20 kg of weight for 100 meters in 2 minutes, in one chance (AND)
  • Run 1000 meters within 5 minutes 40 seconds, in one chance
