Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC), Ajmer, will release the RPSC AE Mains Admit Card 2026 on 19th March 2026 for the Assistant Engineer Combined Competitive (Mains) Examination to be conducted on 22nd & 23rd March 2026. Candidates can download their Mains hall ticket from the official website https://rpsc.rajathan.gov.in. The admit card is an essential document that candidates must carry to the exam hall and will contain candidates’ and exam-related details.
RPSC AE Mains Admit Card 2026
RPSC is conducting a recruitment drive to fill 1,036 Assistant Engineers (a Group B Gazetted Engineer post) across the Rajasthan government. Candidates who have passed the RPSC AE Prelims Exam are now eligible to give their Mains exam. The RPSC AE Mains Admit Card 2026 can be accessed either from the official website by using their Application Number and Date of Birth, or through the RPSC’s SSO portal. The Mains exam will be conducted in 2 sessions, a morning and an afternoon shift. Candidates must carry their admit card and a valid photo ID proof to the exam centre.

RPSC AE Mains Admit Card 2026 Download Link
RPSC has notified that the RPSC AE Mains Admit Card 2026 download link will activate on 19th March 2026 for the Mains exam. Candidates who are appearing for their Assistant Engineer Mains exam on 22nd & 23rd March 2026, can obtain their admit card by downloading it online through the SSO login portal or from the Commission’s website.

How to Download RPSC Assistant Engineer Hall Ticket 2026?
All Prelims qualified candidates must download their Assistant Engineer Mains admit card from 19th March 2026 onwards by following the steps mentioned below:
Method 1: Through the Commission’s Website
- At first, visit the official website of RPSC, https://rpsc.rajathan.gov.in
- Go to the right side of the homepage, which has a section “News and Events”.
- In this, click on the link titled “Press Note Regarding Online Mains Admit Card Download for AE”.
- You will get redirected to a new window, in which you enter your Application Number and Date of Birth. Then click Submit.
- Your Mains admit card will appear on the screen.
- Download it in PDF format and take 2-3 printouts before the Mains exam.
Method 2: Through the SSO portal
- At first, visit the official SSO portal of Rajasthan, https://sso.rajasthan.gov.in
- In the login place, enter your registered SSO ID and password.
- Then open Citizen App (G2C)
- In this, scroll down and go to the Recruitment Portal.
- Now, find the link titled “RPSC Assistant Engineer Mains Admit Card 2026” and click on it.
- Your Mains admit card will open on the screen.
- Download your admit card and take at least 2-3 printouts.

Documents to Carry to RPSC Assistant Engineer 2026 Exam Hall
Candidates taking the Assistant Engineer Mains exam must arrive at the exam hall with certain documents. They help candidates get their identity verified by RPSC-assigned exam invigilators and serve as an entry to the exam hall. The documents required are:
- A black-and-white or a coloured printout of the RPSC AE Mains Admit Card 2026.
- Any valid photo-ID proof, such as PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, Voter Card, Driving License, or Passport.
- 2 copies of coloured passport-sized photographs, similar to the ones that candidates had uploaded in the application form
- 2-3 black/blue ball pens, as the Mains exam is descriptive in nature.

The Mains exam of the RPSC Assistant Engineer post has 2 compulsory papers and 2 optional papers. Each of the main papers carries a 3-hour duration and is descriptive in nature. The RPSC AE Mains exam pattern is given below:
