RITES Assistant Manager Eligibility 2026
Education Qualification- Candidates must have completed Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Accountant (CMA/ICWA) from a recognised body.
Experience- Minimum 2 years after qualifying the professional examination in Banking · GST / Income Tax · Accounts Preparation · Audit · Tendering Processes · Bill Passing.
Age Limit (as on 27.04.2026)- Candidates must be of a maximum of 32 years age with a relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC-NCL and 10 years for PwBD (10 yrs).

RITES Assistant Manager Recruitment 2026 Selection Process
The recruitment follows a two-stage process, including a Written Test and an Interview, preceded by document scrutiny and verification.
Stage 1- Written Examination: The examination will consist of 125 objective-type questions, each carrying one mark, to be completed within 2.5 hours. There is no negative marking for incorrect answers.
Stage 2- Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview in a 1:6 ratio against the number of vacancies. The final selection weightage is: Written Test 60% and Interview 40%
