Punjab PCS Admit Card 2025 Out, Download Prelims Hall Ticket Link

Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC) has released the Punjab PCS Admit Card 2025 for Punjab Civil Services Combined Competitive Preliminary Examination at its official website https://ppsc.gov.in/. Candidates who are going to appear for the Punjab PCS Prelims Exam can download their admit card by using their Registration Number and Captcha code.

PPSC is going to conduct the Punjab PCS Prelims Exam on 7th December 2025 (Sunday) to shortlist eligible candidates for the mains exam for 322 vacancies. The exam will be conducted in two shifts, Paper 1 from 11 am to 1 pm and Paper 2 from 3 pm to 5 pm. Candidates appearing for the exam must carry a photocopy of the Punjab PCS Admit card 2025 to the exam hall. Otherwise, candidates will not be allowed to attend the exam.

Steps to Download the Punjab PCS Admit Card 2025

Candidates who have applied for the PCS can download the Punjab PCS Prelims Admit Card 2025 by following these simple steps:

1. Search for the official website of Punjab Public Service Commission, www.ppsc.gov.in.
2. Look for the Admit Card Tab, which is located extreme right side of the homepage
   
3. Then a new page opens. Candidates have to enter the Registration Number and Captcha code.
4. After entering the details, click the “Submit” button, and the admit card appears on your screen.
5. Download the admit card and print it for Exam Day.

Punjab PCS Prelims Exam Timing 2025

Punjab PCS Prelims Exam 2025 will be conducted in two shifts on the exam day. Paper 1 will be held from 11 am to 1 pm, while Paper 2 will take place from 3 pm to 5 pm.

PCSC PCS Selection Process 2025

The selection of the eligible candidates for various posts announced by PPSC will be based on a preliminary exam and main exam, and interview. Candidates applying for this recruitment will have to undergo the following selection stages:

Punjab PCS Prelims Exam Pattern 2025

Punjab PCS Preliminary examination consists of two papers of 200 marks; the first paper covers the general studies, while the second paper includes the CSAT, which covers mental and basic arithmetic abilities.

• Paper 1 has 100 questions from General Studies.
• Paper 2 (CSAT) has 80 questions from the Aptitude Test.
• There is no negative marking in the prelims exam.
• The CSAT paper is qualifying, and candidates must score 40% marks to pass it.
• Prelims marks are not considered in the final merit list.
• Prelims are used only to shortlist candidates for the Mains

Punjab PCS Preliminary Exam Instructions

On the exam day, candidates have to follow these instructions:

• Candidate must carry a valid photo ID such as Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID, Driving License, Passport, etc., along with the admit card issued by PPSC (with a self-attested photograph).
• Affix the latest self-attested colored passport-size photograph at the designated place on the admit card.
• Bring two latest colored photographs (1 passport-size and 1 stamp-size) on the exam day.
• Frisking and biometric attendance will be done before entry.
• Report on time as no entry after 11 am for the morning session and 3 pm for evening session
• Candidates cannot leave the hall before the exam ends.
• Candidates must fill the OMR response sheet with a black or blue ballpoint pen only.
• Prohibited Items: Mobile phones, electronic gadgets, storage devices, Bluetooth devices, calculators, electronic watches, pagers, or any device capable of communication are not allowed, whether switched on or off.
