The preliminary examination for the Jammu and Kashmir Combined Competitive Examination 2025 has been scheduled for 7th December 2025 (Sunday). The online exam will be conducted in two sessions, each lasting two hours: the morning shift from 10 am to 12 noon and the afternoon shift from 2 pm to 4 pm. 1. Visit the official website of the Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission (JKPSC) at https://www.jkpsc.nic.in/.
2. Click on link texted ” Download admit Card for JK Combined Competitive (Preliminary) Examination, 2025″.
3. A new login page opens on the screen, where you have to enter your application number and date of birth.
4. Enter the User Name and Password and click on submit.
5. Your JKPSC CCE Prelims Admit Card 2025 appears on the screen.
6. Download and keep a hard copy safe to carry to the exam hall.

Reporting Time as per JKPSC Admit Card 2025

The JKPSC CCE Preliminary exam will start at 10 for the first session and 2 pm for the second session, but the gates will be closed before the commencement of the exam. So a reporting time is given for the candidates so that they may arrive on time at the exam centre and take their seats.

JKPSC CCE 2025 Exam Instructions

The following instructions is mentioned on the JKPSC CCE Admit Card 2025.

• Reach the exam centre 1.5 hours before the first session (before 08:30 AM) and 1 hour before the second session (before 01:00 PM).
• The exam centre gates will close 30 minutes before the exam starts.
• Sit inside the exam hall 20 minutes before the exam begins.
• Bring your Admit Card and a valid ID proof (Aadhar, PAN, Driving Licence, or Passport) and show it when asked.
• Read all the instructions on the Admit Card carefully and follow them.
• Do not write anything on the Admit Card.
• Keep your Admit Card safe. If someone else uses it, you will be responsible.
• Do not carry mobile phones, smart watches, calculators, Bluetooth devices, earphones, or any banned items.
• Bring your own blue/black pen, transparent pouch, and transparent clipboard. Borrowing things is not allowed.
