Punjab and Sind Bank have set the selection procedure for the recruitment of Local Bank Officers in Junior Management Grade Scale- I. Candidates will be selected based on their performance on the written test, interview, and language proficiency test (If applicable). Punjab and Sind Bank LBO Exam Pattern 2026

In the written examination, candidates have to score a minimum score in each section to be called for the Interview. Candidates have to complete 120 questions of 1 mark each in 2 hours. Below is the distribution of timing among the subjects.

In this examination, the written examination marks (out of 120) will be converted to out of 70, and interview marks (out of 50) will be converted to out of 30. The Language Proficiency Test will be conducted along with the interview, those candidates who have studied Punjabi Language in 10th and 12th will not need to take this test.

Language Proficiency Test

Provisional candidates must pass a local language test covering reading, writing, and understanding before joining.
