What’s Next After MPPSC Result 2026?

Candidates whose roll numbers are mentioned in the prelims result PDF are shortlited for the mains exam. To get the final appointment, candidates have to qualify through the next selection phases, which are discussed below:

1. Mains Examination: Candidates shortlisted from the Prelims exam are required to attend a descriptive Mains exam. The test will be of 1500 marks spread across 6 papers. Subsequently, qualified candidates have to fill out a detailed application form (DAF).
2. Interview: Mains-qualified candidates have to appear for a 175-mark interview at the MPPSC office. The Personality Test will check the candidate’s communication skills, personality traits, and job suitability.
3. Document Verification: MPPSC will check all the original documents of candidates to verify their eligibility for the post.
4. Medical Exam: Candidates have to undergo a medical test as prescribed by the MPPSC before the final appointment.
