The Madhya Pradesh Employee Selection Board (MPESB) has notified 966 vacancies for various MPESB Group 4 posts. Group 4 includes various posts like Assistant Grade-3, Steno Typist, Stenographer, and more. The online application process has ended, and now candidates have to prepare for the online examination. As per the updated notice, the exam for the Group 4 posts will be conducted from 7th May 2025 onwards. Candidates who are going to appear for the examination must check the exam pattern and plan a study schedule for the examination.

MPESB Group 4 Recruitment 2025 Highlights

The selection process for Group 4- Assistant Grade-3, Steno Typist, Stenographer, and other posts is based on the written exam. Candidates who have completed their 12th class and are under age between 18 to 40 years are eligible to submit their MPESB Group 4 Application Form 2025 through the official website www.esb.mp.gov.in.

MPESB Group 4 Exam Date 2025

The Madhya Pradesh Employees Selection Board (MPESB) has changed the exam date for the MPESB Group 4 recruitment. Earlier, the exam was to be held on 3rd May 2025, but now it has been rescheduled to start from 7th May 2025. The MPESB Group 4 exam will be conducted in two shifts, the first shift will take place from 9 am to 11 am and the second shift will be held from 3 pm to 5 pm. Each shift will carries100 marks.

Candidates have to submit an application fee while submitting the MPESB Group 4 Application Form 2025. Without an application fee, candidates’ application forms will not be considered complete.

MPESB Group 4 Notification 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Before submitting the application forms for MPESB Group 4 Recruitment 2025 candidates must go through the notification pdf and ensure their eligibility for Group 4- Assistant Grade-3, Steno Typist, Stenographer, and other posts. Educational Qualification

• Candidates should have passed the Higher Secondary (10+2) examination.
• Candidates must have 1-year computer diploma/certificate from any institution/university.
• Candidates must have passed the Computer Proficiency Certification Test (CPCT) conducted by the Madhya Pradesh Government, Department of Science and Technology, in Hindi typing at the speed of 20 words per minute and/or English typing at the speed of 30 words per minute as per the requirement of the department.
• For Hindi Shorthand Writer/Stenographer, should have passed the Hindi Shorthand Test at the speed of 100 words per minute from a recognized Institution/Council/University.

Age Limit (as on 1/01/2024)

The candidates’ minimum age should not be less than 18 years and their maximum age should not be more than 40 years as on 1 January 2024. The upper age relaxation for the reserved category will be provided as per government rules.

MPESB Group 4 Exam Pattern 2025

• A total of 100 MCQ-type questions will be asked in the exam.
