Candidates will have to pay an amount of money as an application fee for JHC Clerk and Assistant Recruitment 2024. Un-reserved, EWS, B.C-I, and B.C-II category candidates need to pay Rs 500, SC and ST need to pay 125, and a person with disability will be exempted from the examination fees. Jharkhand High Court Selection Process 2024

Candidates will have to go through the selection process to be selected for the Clerk and Assistant position in the civil court of the Jharkhand state.

• Written Examination- Each candidate needs to first appear for the JHC Clerk and Assistant Written Examination. The minimum qualifying marks for the UR, EWS, BC-I, B.C-II is 40% and for SC, ST it is 30%.
• Computer Test- This is the second stage of 5 minutes computer test to check your typing speed which is qualifying in nature.
• Interview- Qualified candidates of both the previous rounds will appear for the interview. A total of 15 marks will be allocated to the candidates out of which 5 is the minimum marks to score for all categories.

• The paper will content 3 groups.
• There will be total of 90 marks in the written exam.
• Candidates will get 02 hours to solve the paper.

JHC Syllabus for Group-I

Group I of JHC Clerk and Assistant tests the English proficiency of the candidate. The Syllabus includes General English comprising of English Comprehension, English Grammar and English word power for 20 marks. Candidates need to attend a separate question of English essay writing for 10 marks.

JHC Syllabus for Group-II

Group II JHC written syllabus will be objective in nature. Candidates will get 30 marks of questions in this section. All questions will be based on General Knowledge. JHC Syllabus for Group-III

Group III of the JHC Written Paper will be based on numerical ability and reasoning test, and Mathematical Test of Matric standard. This section will contain a total of 30 marks.
