The Gujarat Teacher Aptitude Test – Secondary (TAT-S) 2026 Prelims Result has been released by the State Examination Board (SEB), Gandhinagar on 4th July 2026. Candidates who have appeared in the exam held on 3rd May 2026 can now check their scorecard and qualifying status online at www.sebexam.org. The result states that 75980 candidates have been declared qualified in the prelims exam and are now eligible to appear for the Mains exam.

SEB Gandhinagar has released the Gujarat TAT S Result 2026 for the Preliminary Examination conducted on 3rd May 2026 for 185030 candidates who have submitted their applications for the TAT-S/2026/02 Exam. The qualified candidates are now eligible to appear for the mains exam for recruitment as Secondary School Teachers (Classes 9 and 10) in Gujarat’s government, grant-in-aid, and private schools. Candidates who find any error in their scorecard or are not satisfied with their marks can apply for revaluation between 7 and 15 July 2026

Candidates scoring 35% or more, i.e. 70 marks or above, qualify for the main exam. As per the result, out of 185,030 candidates who appeared, only 75,980 candidates have been declared qualified to appear for the Mains exam.

How to Check Gujarat TAT S Result 2026?

1. Visit the official website of the State Examination Board, Gujarat (SEBG) at www.sebexam.org.
2. Check the Notice Board section on the homepage.
3. Click on “શિક્ષક અભિરુચિ કસોટી (માધ્યમિક) (TAT – S) – ૨૦૨૬ ની પ્રાથમિક પરીક્ષાનાં પરિણામનું જાહેરનામું” and a new login page appears.
4. Enter your Seat Number and Date of Birth in the login page.
5. Click on “Submit,” and your Gujarat TAT Secondary Result and Scorecard appears on the screen.

Gujarat TAT S Result Rechecking Form 2026

Candidates who took the exam and are dissatisfied with their result can apply for rechecking from 7th to 15th July 2026 with a fee of Rs. 100. The candidates have to submit the rechecking form in the format as shared below.

• Visit the SEB office, Sector-21, Gandhinagar, in person within the given dates.
• Bring the original hall ticket and one copy of the OMR sheet.
• Submit a written application (the form is attached to the official notification).
• The fee is Rs. 100/–, payable in cash at the Accounts Section of the State Examination Board.
• The candidate must check and confirm on the spot whether there is any change in marks.
• The candidate will have to sign the form after the face-to-face verification.

As per the official notice released along with the result, candidates need to secure a minimum of 35% marks (70 out of 200) in the Gujarat TAT S Prelims Exam 2026 to qualify for the next stage.
