What is the Eligibility for BSNL JTO Recruitment 2026
Candidates must have completed graduation and be between 20 and 30 years old to be eligibilible to apply for Junior Telecom Officer (JTO).
Educational Qualification
Candidates must have completed a Bachelor of Engineering Degree or equivalent from a Central Govt./State Govt. recognized Institution/University in any of the following disciplines:

BSNL Junior Telecom Officer Salary Structure 2026
Candidates appointed for BSNL Junior Telecom posts will be offered the monthly salary in the IDA pay scale [E-1] of Rs. 16400/- to Rs. 40500/-. Along with salary, candidates will be entitled to various allowances and perks.
BSNL JTO Bond, Training, and Probation Details 2026
- Period of probation – 2 years
- Bond – Recruited candidates will execute a Bond of Rupees 6 Lakhs to serve BSNL for a period of at least 5 years
- Training – JTP has to successfully undergo training as follows-
JTO Phase-I training – 10 weeks
