BIS ASO Syllabus and Exam Pattern 2023
BIS Assistant Section Officer (ASO) exam will be conducted in two phases.
Stage 1 On-line Exam and
Stage 2 Skill Test: Computer Proficiency Test & Typing Speed Test
|Computer Proficiency Test (Qualifying)||The test shall comprise a course on Level-6 of the National Skill Qualification Framework|
|Typing Speed Test (Qualifying)- 10 minutes||A typing speed of 35 words per minute in English or thirty words per minute in Hindi on the computer (35 words per minute and thirty words per minute correspond to 10500 KDPH/9000 KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each word).|
BIS ASO Exam Pattern 2023
- There will be 150 Multiple Choice Questions asked in the online exam.
- Each question carries 1 mark.
- The duration of the Online examination is 120 Minutes.
- The candidates should get at least 50% of the total marks to be considered for the next selection stage.
