The Bihar BSEB STET (Paper 1 and Paper 2) exam was held for a total of 150 marks. The Bihar School Examination Board, Patna has set the minimum qualifying marks for the BSEB STET exam. Candidates scoring the minimum passing marks in the written exam are considered qualified for the exam. The category-wise minimum qualifying marks are as follows:

• BC – 68.25 ( 45.5%)
• OBC –  63.75 (42.5%)
