Assam State Level Eligibility Test 2024 was successfully conducted by the SLET Commission, Assam (N.E.Region) to determine the eligibility of candidates aspiring for the posts of Assistant Professor in various government universities across the state.  The Assam SLET Exam was held in an offline mode at the various exam centers across Assam state. Those candidates who will be selected in this state eligibility test will be issued a certificate after 45 days.

To be eligible for the post of Assistant Professor, candidates must have taken and secured a minimum of 40% aggregate marks in two papers combined for General (Unreserved) & General EWS Category candidates, and at least 35% aggregate marks in two papers combined for all candidates belonging to reserved categories such as SC/ST/OBC (Non Creamy Layer) and PWD.
