AIBE 19 Exam 2024

All India Bar Examination is a national-level certification exam conducted twice a year by the Bar Council of India for law graduates who are willing to start practicing their profession as lawyers. The exam is conducted in 50 cities, with 140 centers as open-book exams. The exam is conducted to assess the basic level knowledge of a member and lay down a minimum benchmark for entering into the practice of law in addition to assessing the candidate’s analytical skills. As per official notice, the All India Bar Examination-XIX 2024 has been rescheduled for AIBE 19 Exam Date 2024 for 22nd December 2024 which was earlier scheduled for 01st December 2024. The exam will be held in offline mode across the country. Steps to Fill AIBE (19) XIX Application Form 2024

Here, below we have discussed a complete procedure that helps candidates easily fill out the application form for the AIBE 19 Exam 2024. Make sure you have a stable internet connection while filling out the registration form.

1. Visit the official website of the Bar Council of India (BCI) i.e. https://www.allindiabarexamination.com/.
2. Scroll down on the homepage, and find “Notification with regard to schedule of All India Bar Examination- XIX”.
3. Under this text, click on the link with the text “Registration link AIBE-XIX.
4. A new page opens up. Click on the “New Registration” button.
5. Now complete the registration process by filling out all relevant details including your name, mobile number, e-mail ID, enrollment number, enrollment state, etc.
6. After this a registration number is received, use it to log in to fill out the application form.
7. In the application form enter details like your qualifications, date of birth, preferred exam centers (at least 3), preferred language, etc.
8. At this step, upload scanned copies of your photograph, and signature in jpg format as per the prescribed size.
9. Now, on the next page, pay the registration/application fee.
10. Submit the AIBE (19) 2024 Application Form and take a printout for future reference.

While filling out the AIBE 19 Application Form 2024, candidates need to submit a registration/application fee, applications with proper fee payment will only be considered. Candidates belonging to the General/OBC categories are required to pay Rs. 3500/- through any of the e-payment methods.

AIBE 19 XIX 2024 Eligibility Criteria

To become eligible for the All India Bar Examination-XIX, candidates must fulfill the minimum eligibility criteria which is specified by the Bar Council of India. We have discussed the necessary eligibility requirements here below.

• Candidates must have passed their LLB degree from any recognized university in India, with at least 45% marks for general candidates and 40% marks for SC/ST/PWD candidates.
• Those who have completed their graduation in law at least 3 years before the date of examination are also eligible.
• A candidate must also be registered with their State Bar Councils as an Advocate (Provisionally).

AIBE XIX (19) Exam Centers 2024

AIBE 19 Admit Card 2024

As per the official notification released for the AIBE XIX (19) 2024 exam, candidates will be issued their AIBE 19 Admit Card 2024 on 18th November 2024. The admit cards will be released only for those candidates whose applications will get accepted. All the important information such as exam venue, timings, reporting time, etc. will be mentioned on the official admit cards, and candidates are required to carry this along with them to the AIBE 19 Exam Center 2024.

AIBE 19 Result 2024

Once the AIBE XIX (19) exam is over, authorities will evaluate the answer sheets of every candidate. Based on the marks obtained by the candidates, those scoring more than the qualifying marks are considered to pass the exam. Candidates qualifying status will be informed through the release of AIBE 19 Result 2024. The result will be released at the official website of Bar Council of India after 1 month of the exam.
