AIBE Previous Year Question Papers
The All India Bar Examination (AIBE) is a certification exam conducted by the Bar Council of India for law graduates. It tests fundamental legal knowledge and analytical skills needed to practise law. On clearing the AIBE, he/she shall be awarded a Certificate of Practice. This certificate enables the candidate to attend court hearings. Candidates should practice the AIBE previous year question papers as many times as possible to obtain this certification. The exam is offline and is of multiple-choice questions and is three and a half hours. It is an exam after enrolment that must be passed within 2 years of provisional enrolment.

AIBE Exam Marks Distribution 2026
The AIBE exam has 100 multiple-choice questions (MCQs), each has 1 mark, for a total of 100 marks. The exam duration is 3 hours and 30 minutes. Candidates with more than 40% disabilities will get an extra 20 minutes. The exam covers 19 subjects, and candidates need to understand the exam pattern. Check out the table below:
