Indian Farmers Fertilizer Cooperative Limited (IFFCO) has started the online application process for Agriculture Graduate Trainee (AGT) Recruitment 2026. Recruitment is for eligible Agriculture graduates for IFFCO’s field offices across India. 4-year full-time regular B.Sc. (Agriculture) degree holders are eligible to apply provided they fulfill the prescribed marks, age and regional language requirements.

Applicants must have reading, writing and speaking knowledge of the regional language of the State for which they are applying. Knowledge of one or more additional languages is an advantage, while knowledge of Hindi is desirable.

IFFCO AGT Selection Process 2026

The selection process includes:

Preliminary Online Test → Final Online Test → Personal Interview → Medical Examination

Stage 1- Preliminary Online Test: The first stage is a computer-based online test conducted in an open environment. Candidates will have to use their own computer or laptop and internet facility for this stage.

Stage 2- Final Online Test: Candidates shortlisted from the preliminary test will be called for the final online test. This examination will be conducted in a controlled environment at designated centres.

Stage 3- Personal Interview: Candidates shortlisted after the final online test will be called for a personal interview.

Stage 4- Medical Examination: Candidates shortlisted after the interview will have to undergo a medical examination according to IFFCO’s prescribed medical standards.
