A total of 4724 Staff Nurse vacancies, purely temporary in nature, have been announced.

Candidates who fulfill the required eligibility criteria can submit their application forms with the required documents in offline mode only to the concerned District Health Office/District Health Society till 25 September 2026 (5:00 pm).

Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess either of the following qualifications:

• General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) from a Government or Government-approved Private Nursing College recognised by the Indian Nursing Council (INC), or
• B.Sc. Nursing from a Government or Government-approved Private Nursing College recognised by the Indian Nursing Council.

In addition, candidates must have valid registration with the Tamil Nadu Nurses and Midwives Council.
