Delhi High Court SPA and PA Vacancy 2026

High Court of Delhi has released a total of 150 vacancies for Senior Personal Assistant (SPA) & Personal Assistant (PA) posts. Out of the total vacancies, 117 vacancies have been announced for Senior Personal Assistant posts and 33 vacancies for Personal Assistant (PA) posts.

Delhi High Court Personal Assistant & SPA Eligibility 2026

Candidates have to satisfy the required age limit and educational qualifications before applying.

For the post of Senior Personal Assistant

• Educational Qualification – Candidates must have completed a Graduate degree from a recognised University
• Candidates must have a speed of not less than 110 w.p.m. in Shorthand (English) and 40 w.p.m. in Typewriting (English) on a computer, with good working knowledge of computers.
• Age Limit – 18 years to 32 years

For the post of Personal Assistant

• Educational Qualification – Graduate from a recognised University.
• Must have a speed of not less than 100 w.p.m. in Shorthand (English) and 40 w.p.m. in Typing (English) on a computer, with good working knowledge of computers
• Age Limit – 18 years to 32 years

Delhi High Court Application Form 2026

The online application process for Delhi High Court Recruitment 2026 will begin on September 15, 2026, on the official website https://www.delhihighcourt.nic.in/. Candidates have to complete the application form by filling out registartion form, uploading documents, and paying the application fee. The fee will be paid till October 5, 2026.

Note: Candidates have to submit separate applications for each post, i.e., SPA and PA, along with the requisite fee for each application post.

Delhi High Court Personal Assistant & SPA Application Fee 2026

Candidates have to pay the prescribed application fees to complete their registration for this recruitment. Candidates can only pay this amount through the online mode of payment. So, make sure you pay the Application Fee before the deadline to complete your registration.

Delhi High Court SPA PA Selection Process 2026

The final merit list of SPA and PA posts will be prepared based on total marks secured by candidate(s) in Stage-II, i.e., English Shorthand Test, Stage-III, i.e., Main (Descriptive) Examination, and Stage-IV i.e., Interview (Stage-I, i.e., English Typing Test, is qualifying in nature).

Stage 1 – English Typing Test

• A typing test of ten (10) minutes’ duration
• Conducted on computers to assess candidates’ minimum speed of 40 words per minute in English Typing on a computer

Stage 2 – English Shorthand Test

• 110 words per minute (SPA) and 100 words per minute (PA)
• The passage of 550 words will be dictated in five (5) minutes’ duration

Stage 3 – Main (Descriptive) Examination

Conducted in the English language; consists of Essay, Letter Writing, Grammar & Comprehension Passage, and Translation

Stage 4 – Interview

The Maximum marks for the interview would be 15 marks, and there will be no minimum qualifying marks in the interview.
