UPPSC Eligibility Criteria 2026

Candidates must be between 21 and 40 years (expect Principle posts) and have completed Graduation/post-graduation to be eligible to apply for the UPPSC PCS Exam.

Assistant Labour Commissioner	Master’s degree in Economics, Sociology, Commerce, Law, Labor Relations, Labor Welfare, Labor Law, Social Work/Welfare, Business Management, Personnel Management
Food Safety Officer	Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology or Dairy Technology
District Probation Officer	Post Graduate Degree in Psychology or Sociology or Social work
Assistant Controller	A degree in Science with physics or mechanical engineering working knowledge of Hindi written in Devnagri Script.
Officer on Special Duty	A graduation degree in Computer Engineering from a recognized institution

Age Limit (as on 01/07/2026)

Candidates must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have crossed the age of 40 years. For Principal posts, the age should be between 30 and 40 years.
