• Original photo identity proof (Aadhaar, PAN, Voter ID, or Driving License (मूल फोटो पहचान पत्र (आधार, पैन, वोटर आईडी या ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस)
• One recent passport-sized color photograph (एक हाल की पासपोर्ट साइज़ रंगीन फोटो)
