WBCS Prelims Answer Key 2026 Out, Download All Sets Response Sheet PDF

WBCS Answer Key 2026 has been released on 24th June 2026 for West Bengal Civil Service (Executive) Preliminary Examination 2026. Candidates can use the answer key to match their answers and get an idea of their expected score before the official result is declared. Candidates can also raise an objection from 30th June to 6th July 2026 if they find any incorrect answer. 

WBCS Prelims Answer Key 2026 Out

The answer key for the prelims exam has been released in the PDF format, including correct answers for all 200 questions asked in the exam. Candidates who have appeared for the exam can download the answer key from the West Bengal Public Service Commission’s official website www.wbpsc.gov.in.

Candidates can match their marked answer with the correct ones that are provided in the answer key and can use the correct marking scheme, i.e., +1 mark for each correct answer and -0.33 mark for each incorrect answer, to calculate their tentative scores.

How to Download WBCS Prelims Answer Key 2026?

The West Bengal Public Service Commission (WBPSC) has released the answer key online at www.wbpsc.gov.in for the candidates who appeared in the prelims exam. Candidates can follow the steps provided below.

1. Visit the official website of the West Bengal Public Service Commission at www.wbpsc.gov.in.
2. Look for the Examination section, then click on the Answer Key appearing on the top side of the homepage.
3. A new page appears on the screen; search for and click on the text that reads “ANSWER KEYS TO THE MCQ PAPER OF W.B.C.S. (EXE.) ETC. (PRELIM) EXAMINATION 2023. ADVT. NO. 08/2024″.
4. Click on “Click PDF to Download” under the link section, and the WBCS Prelims Answer Key 2026 PDF appears on the screen.
5. Download the WBPSC WBCS answer key and cross-check the responses released by the officials.

Raise Objection Window

The West Bengal Public Service Commission first released a provisional answer key, allowing candidates to raise an objection if they found any answer incorrect. The objection will be submitted through online mode on the WBPSC official website https://wbpsc.gov.in from 30th June to 6th July 2026. Candidates also have to provide valid supporting documents to justify their objections.
