WBPSC ICDS Supervisor Eligibility Criteria 2026

Candidates must fulfil all eligibility conditions before applying for WBPSC ICDS Supervisor Recruitment 2026. The key criteria are as follows:

Gender: This post is open to Female candidates only.

Educational Qualification: Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognised university.

WBPSC ICDS Supervisor Selection Process 2026

The selection process for WBPSC ICDS Supervisor 2026 consists of three stages.

Stage 1 – Preliminary Examination (Prelims): It is an objective type screening test of 100 marks. All the qualified candidates need to appear for this round. The preliminary performance is used to prepare a merit list and only the shortlisted candidates appear for the mains examination.

Stage 2 – Mains Written Examination: It is a descriptive written paper of 400 marks. Candidates are allotted 90 minutes per paper for the descriptive part. The Mains test writing ability and detailed knowledge.

Stage 3 – Viva-Voce / Personality Test: Candidates clearing the Mains cut off will have to appear for the personality test of 50 marks. The final merit list is prepared on the basis of combined score of written examination (Mains) and Viva-Voce.
