Telangana ASO and MPSO Notification 2026 for 100+ Vacancies, Eligibility, Exam Pattern

Telangana State Public Service Commission (TSPSC) is going to conduct the Telangana ASO and MPSO Examination for the recruitment of Assistant Statistical Officer (ASO) and Mandal Planning & Statistical Officer (MPSO) posts. Through the recruitment drive, more than 100 vacancies will be recruited, and detailed notification will be released after August 2026. Selection of candidates for ASO and MPSO posts will be based on a single stage of written examination.

TNPSC ASO and MPSO Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates applying for the Telangana ASO and MPSO vacancies must meet the eligibility requirements as per their category. The eligibility criteria include the age limit and educational qualifications.

Educational Qualification 

• Bachelor’s Degree with Statistics as one of the main subjects (OR)
• Bachelor’s Degree with Mathematics (with Statistics as a paper in one year or two years or all three years as the case may be) as one of the main subjects (OR)
• Bachelor’s Degree with Economics (with Statistics as a paper in one year or two years or all three years as the case may be) as one of the main subjects (OR)
• Bachelor’s Degree with Commerce (with Statistics as a paper in one year or two years or all three years as the case may be) as one of the main subjects (OR)
• Bachelor’s Degree with Computer Science (with Statistics as a paper in one year or two years or all three years as the case may be) as one of the main subjects.

Age Limit

The candidate’s age must be a minimum of 18 years and upper age not more than 44 years to be eligible to apply online for ASO and MPSO vacancies.
