APPSC Group 2 salary 2026 is based on the 7th Pay Commission. The starting salary of executive posts like Deputy Tahsildar, Municipal Commissioner, etc., is between Rs. 28,940 and Rs. 80,930. While that of non-executive posts, such as Junior Assistants or Clerical posts, the salary ranges from Rs. 16,400 to 49,870. The salary of some non-executive but higher grade office posts like ASO, Auditor has a salary range between Rs. 26,600 and Rs. 77,030. Besides this, selected officers are also entitled to DA, HRA, TA, Medical, or special allowances.

The newly recruited officers get a basic pay between Rs. 25,220 and Rs. 40,970, which varies with the post.
