The selection process for Assessors consists of the following stages:

• Online Exam: A computer-based test will be conducted at HMSDC Gurugram & IDDC Ambala to assess IT skills.
• Document & Biometric Check: Bring original documents with self-attested copies (10th, 12th, Degree, Aadhaar, Experience Letter, Self-Declaration).
• Interview: For candidates who qualify the online exam will be invited for the Interview.
• Empanelment: Selected candidates are empanelled as Assessors for one year, extendable based on performance.

Hartron Assessors Exam Pattern 2026

• There will be 50 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) in English only, with 4 options each.
• Each question carries 1 mark.
• Minimum 50% (i.e., 25 correct answers).
• There is no negative Markin
• The Duration of the exam is 25 minutes.

HARTRON Assessors Recruitment 2026 Salary

Assessors are empanelled initially for one year, with the possibility of extension based on performance, conduct, and operational requirements. A maximum of two batches per day will be assigned at any HSC or HASC within the same district. The remuneration is Rs. 1,200 per day for one batch and Rs. 2,000 per day for up to two batches.
