Staff Selection Commission (SSC) conducted all stages of Constable (GD) in Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs), NIA, SSF, and Rifleman (GD) in the Assam Rifles Examination, 2025. Today, the recruitment process ended with the declaration of the SSC GD Final Result 2026. The result along with the names of candidates selected and the final cut off marks, has been released on 15th January 2026 at the official website, www.ssc.gov.in.

This year, more than 26 lakh candidates have applied, and out of them, only 50047 (4932 female candidates and 45115 male candidates) made it to the final selection for 53,690 vacancies announced. A total of 53,690 vacancies were allocated across forces like BSF, CISF, CRPF, SSB, ITBP, AR, NCB, and SSF.

Around 95,575 candidates who appeared for the document verification round can now check whether their roll number/name is present in the final merit list.

How to Check SSC GD Final Result 2025?

The result for the SSC GD Constable Recruitment 2025 has been released on the official website www.ssc.gov.in.

1. Visit the SSC official website at www.ssc.gov.in on your Internet Explorer.
2. Navigate to the Results Section and click on the results tab on the homepage.
3. Search for “Constable (GD) in Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs), SSF, and Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles Examination, 2025– List of Male candidates provisionally shortlisted selected  OR List of Female candidates provisionally selected.
4. Click on “Result” and your SSC GD Final Result 2025 PDF containing the roll numbers of selected candidates.
5. Find your roll number in the list and download the result for future reference.

SSC GD 2025 Selection Process

The selection of the eligible candidates for General Duty Constable posts under Constable (GD) in Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs) and SSF, Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles, and Sepoy in Narcotics Control Bureau Examination, 2025 will be done through the following stages-

Stage 1: Computer-Based Test (CBT)

Stage 2: Physical Efficiency Test (PET) & Physical Standard Test (PST)

Stage 3: Document Verification (DV)

Stage 4: Detailed Medical Examination (DME)

Conclusion

Out of 25, 21,839 candidates who appeared in the written exam and 3,915,99 moved forward to the next round, i.e. physical round, wherein 95,575 candidates were called for document verification and medical examination. After considering all factors, the final result has now been declared with the announcement that “4932 females and 45115 males have been provisionally selected this year. Candidates who didn’t make it this year must not lose hope and prepare for upcoming exams.
