UPSSSC Forest Guard Physical Test Dates 2026 Out, Admit Card Soon

Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) has released the UPSSSC Forest Guard Physical Test Dates 2026 on 13th January 2026 on its official website, www.upsssc.gov.in. Candidates who cleared the written exam under Advertisement Number 10-Exam/2023 must note that the Physical Measurement Test (PMT) and Physical Efficiency Test (PET) are scheduled to be conducted from 10th February 2026 onwards.

UPSSSC Forest Guard Physical Test Dates 2026 Out

Based on the written examination scores for the Forest Guard and Wildlife Guard Main Examination (Preliminary-2022)/09, the results have already been released at www.upsssc.gov.in. As per the data, 5111 candidates are eligible to appear for the UPSSSC Forest Guard Physical Exam 2026, which will be conducted from 10th February 2026 in District Lucknow. For the PET PST, it is mandatory for male candidates to finish a 25 km within 4 hours, and for female candidates to complete a 10 km within the same time limit.

For the Physical Measurement Test (PMT) and Physical Efficiency Test (PET), the link to download the UPSSSC Forest Guard PET PST Admit Card 2026 will be available in the 1st week of February 2026. Candidates will be able to check their physical test venue and plan accordingly.

UPSSSC Forest Guard Physical Test Details

Candidates can check the requirements for both the Physical Measurement Test (PMT) and the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) for males and females. In the PMT, candidates must fulfill the standards for chest, weight, and height. During the PET, candidates are required to show their physical strength and endurance by completing a running distance.
