Bihar DELED Counselling 2025 Registration Starts, Check Documents, Merit List

Bihar DELED Counselling 2025 for admission to Diploma in Elementary Education (DElEd) programs across Bihar’s government and private teacher training institutes for the 2025-2027 session has started at the official portal of Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB). Candidates can complete their registration for the Bihar DELED Counselling process till 5th December 2025. Candidates can select the preferred government and private institutes for Diploma in Elementary Education admission.

Bihar D.El.Ed exam is conducted by the Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) for admission to the Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) program, across government and private NCTE-approved institutes for the 2025-2027 session. Bihar DELED Counselling 2025 involves registration, choice filling for institutes, merit-based seat allotment in three rounds, and document verification for final admission, with around 30,800 seats available statewide. Based on ranks, category, and availability of seats, BSEB will release the provisional and final seat allotment lists.

Eligibility for Bihar DELED Counselling 2025

Candidates need a minimum age of 17 years and must have passed Class 12 with at least 50% marks, with 5% relaxation for reserved categories. Only those who qualified for the DELED entrance exam and passed Intermediate can participate; technical qualifications like Polytechnic do not qualify.

Bihar DELED Counselling 2025- Important Guidelines

All candidates attending this round must review the important Bihar DELED Counselling 2025 guidelines below.

  1. All qualified applicants who are interested in taking admission in the 2-year DELED Course have to register for the counselling process. During registration, candidates must provide the necessary details and fill in their choice of college.
  2. The merit list for the 1st Round will be displayed on 11th December 2025​. Once a candidate is allotted to any college, they will not be considered for subsequent counselling sessions.
  3. Candidates must note that Reservation rosters are implemented only in the Government and Constituent Colleges.
  4. Candidates have to pay an Application Fee for Counselling. The fee once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances.
