2. On the homepage, locate the “Recruitment” section and select “Police Constable Recruitment”
3. Carefully review the official UP Police Constable Notification 2025 for eligibility criteria, important dates, and application instructions. Ensure you meet the requirements, such as having passed 10+2 (Intermediate) from a recognized board and being within the age limit (18–25 years for males, 18–28 years for females, with relaxations for certain categories)
4. Click on the “Apply” or “New Registration” link. Provide basic details such as your name, father’s name, mother’s name, date of birth, gender, marital status, category, Aadhaar number, contact information (address, mobile number, email ID), and educational qualifications to complete the registration

Selection Process for UP Vacancy 2025

UP Police Exam Pattern 2025

Candidates preparing for the UP Police Exam 2025 must be aware of the UP Exam Pattern 2025 and syllabus to prepare effectively for the exam.

UP Police Physical Test 2025

The UP Police Constable Physical Test 2025 will include a physical standard test and a physical eligibility test. Qualified candidates in the written exam will be called to appear for the physical test, which is qualifying in nature.

UP Police Constable Physical Standard Test (PST)

Running Test: Male candidates have to complete a 4.8 km race in 25 minutes, and female candidates have to complete a 2.4 km race in 14 minutes.

Height: 

• The minimum height for men of the General/OBC category is 168 cm.
• The minimum height for the SC Category is 160 cm.
• The minimum height for female candidates is 152 cm, while for ST category women it is 147 cm.

Weight:

• The minimum weight for men is 50 kg.
• The minimum weight for women is 40 kg.

Chest Measurement:

• For men, it should be 79 cm without inflation and 84 cm with inflation, minimum inflation of 5 cm.
• For the SC category, it should be 77 cm without inflation and 82 cm when inflated, minimum inflation of 5 cm.
