RRB NTPC CBT 2 Shift Timings 2025, Graduate Exam Timings & Guidelines

The details regarding shift timings, including the reporting time, gate closing time, and exam time, are provided on the exam city intimation slips. Additionally, the name and address of the examination centre are listed on the admit cards. Candidates are strongly advised to arrive at their respective exam centers before the reporting time to ensure they do not miss the exam. They have a period of 1.5 hours before the start of the exam to check in at the center. Please note that after the gate closing time, no candidate will be permitted to enter and take the exam.

RRB NTPC Graduate Shift Timings 2025 Details

The RRB NTPC CBT 2 Exam Date 2025 for graduate-level posts is scheduled for 13th October 2025, and the exam will be held in 2 shifts each day. The duration of each shift is 90 minutes (1 hour and 30 minutes), for and the details for each shift are discussed below.

Guidelines to be followed for RRB NTPC Exam Day

1. Thoroughly verify all details on the admit card. If you find any discrepancies, such as incorrect name, photo, or exam details, please get in touch with the appropriate RRB regional helpline immediately.
2. Mobile phones, smartwatches, bags, calculators, and other electronic devices are prohibited inside the exam centre.
3. Arrive at the exam venue well before the reporting time specified on your admit card to avoid any last-minute issues.
4. Keep the admit card secure until the entire recruitment process (CBT 1, CBT 2, Skill Test, Document Verification, and Medical Examination) is complete.
5. Candidates must not carry a pen/pencil to the test centre as it will be provided at the time of the exam itself.
6. Candidates must locate their exam centre at least a day before the exam, so that they don’t find any difficulty in reaching the centre on exam day.
7. A hard copy of the RRB NTPC Admit Card along with a valid ID proof is mandatory to be carried to the exam hall.
8. During the exam, biometric details such as photo capture, attendance, and physical signatures of the candidates will be recorded, and no extra time will be provided as this is part of the exam process. So, candidates must speed up on solving the questions on the exam day.
9. The rough sheets will be submitted to the invigilator.
