1. Go to the Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment & Promotion Board (UPPRPB) official website at www.uppbpb.gov.in.

UP Home Guard Physical Standard Test checks height, chest, and physical eligibility as per the recuitment rules. Both male and female candidates must meet the UP Home Guard height standard, while chest measurement (expanded/unexpanded) applies to males.
