WBHRB Pharmacist Recruitment 2025 Overview

The West Bengal Health Recruitment Board (WBHRB) is responsible for recruiting candidates for the post of Pharmacist Grade 3. All the eligible and interested candidates for the post of Pharmacist can only apply online at the WBHRB official website www.hrb.wb.gov.in, and no other mode can be used to apply. The selection process for WBHRB Pharmacist Recruitment 2025 will consist of a Written Examination and/or an Interview and Document Verification.

WBHRB Pharmacist Eligibility Criteria 2025

The candidates who want to apply for the WBHRB Pharmacist Recruitment 2025 must ensure that they fulfill the required WBHRB Pharmacist Eligibility Criteria 2025 as specified by the West Bengal Health Recruitment Board. Any candidate who does not fulfill the required criteria will not be eligible to appear for the recruitment process. Educational Qualification

• Higher Secondary (10+2) with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy from a recognized institution
• Must be registered as an ‘A’ category pharmacist with the West Bengal Pharmacy Council
• Master’s degree in Pharmacy, recognized by the Government of West Bengal

Age Limit

The candidates who want to apply for the post of Pharmacist Grade 3 must have a minimum age of 18 years and a maximum age of 39 years to be eligible to apply for the WBHRB Pharmacist Recruitment 2025. The age relaxation for reserved category candidates will also be provided as per the Government rules.

The WBHRB Pharmacist Application Form 2025 Link will be made available from 13th August 2025 (10:00 am) at the West Bengal Health Recruitment Board official website www.hrb.wb.gov.in. Only online registration & submission of the Application will be allowed; no offline application forms will be submitted. Last date to submit the application form is 3rd September 2025 (2:00 pm). WBHRB Pharmacist Application Fee 2025

Before submitting the application forms, candidates have to pay an application fee, which is compulsory to be paid, as no application will be considered without an application fee. Candidates must submit the online application fee amounting to Rs. 210 only through Banks participating in the GRIPS (Govt. Receipt Portal System). Money order, Cheque, Bank Draft, and Cash, etc., shall not be accepted.

WBHRB Pharmacist Selection Process 2025

The selection of candidates for the post of Pharmacist Grade 3 will be based on marks obtained in secondary education, pharmacy qualifications, relevant experience, and an interview. If a large number of applications are received, a preliminary examination may be conducted for shortlisting candidates, and the next stage will be document verification,i.e., Shortlisted candidates will undergo verification of their original documents to confirm eligibility.
