The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has officially announced the results of the UPSC Civil Services Examination (CSE) Mains 2024 on 9th December 2024. All those candiadtes who appeared in the main examination can check their results whether they qualified for the main exam through the official website upsc.gov.in. UPSC Mains Result 2024 Out

The UPSC has successfully conducted the UPSC CSE Exam 2024 for the selection of a total of 1206 candidates to the Indian Administrative Service, Indian Foreign Service, Indian Police Service, and other Central Services (Group ‘A’ and Group ‘B’). As per the selection process, qualified candidates in the mains exam are called to appear for the UPSC CSE Interview Exam which is the final stage of the selection process.

This year, around 13.5 lakh candidates appeared for the prelims exam, out of which 14627 candidates were shortlisted for the mains exam. The UPSC mains written exam was held from 20th to 29th September 2024 and the result for the same has been released on the official website www.upsc.gov.in. All the candidates who qualified for the Personality Tests (Interviews) have to fill and submit their Detailed Application Form-II (DAF-II) between 13th and 19th December 2024.
