TSRTC Drivers and Shramiks Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Steps to Apply for TSRTC Recruitment 2025
Candidates can follow the step-by-step process below to apply online for the TSRTC Recruitment 2025.
- Visit the official website of Telangana State Level Police Recruitment Board (TSLPRB) at www.tgprb.in.
- Click on the Apply Online link under the text reading Driver & Shramik Recruitment 2025 in TGSRTC.
- Candidates are redirected to a new page. If already registered, select Yes, it will be directed to the Sign In page. If candidates are not registered, select No, and it will be directed to the Registration page.
- Fill in all the details, candidate’s name, date of birth and enter a valid email id and mobile number and click on Submit button.
- After the registration process and go to the Sign in Page. Enter your Registered Mobile Number, Password & Captcha and click on the Get OTP button. An OTP will be sent to the Registered Mobile Number and e-mail ID.
- Select posts and click on the Proceed for Payment button to pay the Fee.
- Once the Fee amount is successful, the following screen will appear. Click on Continue to Fill Application button.
- Fill in candidates’ details and upload the Photo & Signature in jpg /jpeg format (30 KB to 100 KB), and upload the necessary relevant certificates in PDF (50 KB to 1 MB).
- After successful completion of the Driver / Shramik Education details, click on the Final Submit tab.
- Download the TSRTC Application Form 2025 and take a printout for future reference.
TSRTC Recruitment 2025 Selection Process
The Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TSRTC) has released the selection procedure for Driver and Shramik posts. Candidates should note that there is no written exam for these posts. Instead, the recruitment process focuses on physical standards, practical skills, and academic performance, depending on the post applied for.
TSRTC Driver Selection Process 2025
Candidates applying for the Driver post must undergo the following stages:
- Physical Standards Test- Minimum height: 160 cms, Clear and required vision standards
- Driving Test- Practical driving skills will be assessed.
Final Selection Criteria- The aggregate score is calculated from:
- Driving Test: 60 Marks
- Weightage Marks: 40 Marks
- Total: 100 Marks Minimum Qualifying Marks: 50% for OCs including EWS, 45% for BCs, 40% for SCs / STs
Selection is strictly based on merit, considering the aggregate score.
TSRTC Shramik Selection Process 2025
For the Shramik post, the process is simpler and focuses on eligibility and academic background:
- Certificate Verification: Verification of documents and eligibility criteria.
- Merit-Based Selection: Selection is made on the basis of academic scores, converted into Weightage Marks (100 Marks).
- Candidates securing minimum qualifying marks will be shortlisted.
